Job Description

Role Overview

You will own the end-to-end relocation experience for employees and their families, ensuring a seamless transition into their new location. This role requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to deliver a high-quality, stress-free relocation journey.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Case Management

Manage a portfolio of relocation cases from initiation to completion
Conduct needs assessments and tailor relocation support accordingly
Coordinate and deliver services including orientation, home search, school search, and settling-in support

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for relocating employees and their families
Partner closely with client HR teams to ensure compliance with policies and service expectations
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external service partners

3. Service Delivery Excellence

Ensure a consistently high standard of service and client satisfaction across all touchpoints
Anticipate challenges and proactively provide solutions to enhance the relocation experience
Manage and resolve escalations in line with operational guidelines

4. Operational & System Management

Maintain accurate and timely updates in Zoho (case notes, itineraries, reports, costs, lease details, etc.)
Track case progress, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to SLAs
Participate in team meetings, account reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ year experience in relocation services OR customer-facing roles in a glob environment
